I called a different company initially to come out and do a simple service on our units, which turned into being told that I needed to replace both units. After getting a second opinion and calling Clay, he inspected our units and told me that we did not need to replace both. Not only were his prices far better than anyone else, the value was better too. He had better warranties that were included, and he did extra for the other unit we kept.
