I have been without AC for over a month trying to go through my home warranty, which is crap by the way! They sent someone else out first that claimed they fixed it, but I told them repeatedly it was still not working. I was then told I needed a whole new unit! So not the case! I called a different company initially to come out and do a simple service on our units, which turned into being told that I needed to replace both units. After getting a second opinion and calling Clay, he inspected our units and told me that we did not need to replace both. Not only were his prices far better than anyone else, the value was better too. He had better warranties that were included, and he did extra for the other unit we kept. The entire crew was on time, polite, and efficient. I have found my new HVAC contractor. So happy I called them!
